Please place a Warning on the cow video. I had a mouth full of chewed up candy bar when I started watching & it all came out my nose from laughing so hard.
What is the difference between a pistol lower & a rifle lower? Can you buy a new lower that is already registered as a pistol? I would like to build a pistol but I've heard so many different things I didn't know what was required to get a legal lower.
I was hoping some of you AR guys could educate me if you don't mind. I have some ARs but I'm not an expert on them at all. I was wondering what would be involved in switching a basic direct imp. rifle to 300 BO from 556. Is it just a barrel switch or do I have to change the gas block, tube...
I don't have any experience with any of the others but I do have a GAP-10 20" barrel in .308 & it is unreal how accurate it is with FGMM 168s. A better shooter than I has shot 3 shot groups you can cover with a dime at 100yds with it. I don't drag it through the mud if I can help it or jump...
You are 100% correct, the PRS doesn't offer something for everyone & personally I may not have gained anything from being a member when like you said, I could have shot the same matches with the same people without being a member. I don't know all the goals of the PRS but one of them was to put...
LL, You have a great point, I could shoot a few matches a year without being a PRS member and still have just as much fun. I don't mind paying the PRS dues because I felt that they are going to a worthy cause. I really like the idea behind the PRS and as far as how the money is being spent or...
I hope it's ok if I add my .02 here, near the beginning of this discussion Rob said people will be interested if this is fun. I couldn't agree more, it's that simple. I think you can take a lot of the fun away by making things overly complicated with the scoring. I know that good equipment...
I am not LE, but I can see how there might be some confusion due to miscommunication about the vehicle. I also know that Dorner was a dangerous man but the fact that these women were shot the way they were, before any arttempt was made to identify them proves to me that there was never any...
There's a lot of good stuff here. I always feared the government monitoring our lives against our will, but now they don't have to do that because most people volunteer that info on Facebook. I'm not arrogant enough to think that the whole world wants to know every time I go to the grocery...
Re: Former LEO gone crazy in SoCal I read the guys manifesto on the Blaze and I don't think he "snapped" because he lost his dream job but rather because of what he felt was a lot of wrong going on in dept. When he tried to go through proper channels in the system to fix what he felt was...

Re: Eberlestock made in USA or China? fngmike, try Diamond Gusset jeans, they aren't for everybody but they are made in America with American grown materials. I too own a Ford & a Chevrolet, but after all the Obama support from the UA my next vehicle purchase will be a Toyota (made in TX)...
