Rifle Scopes Leupold VX-R Patrol 3-9x40mm First Impressions

having said that, there's no excuse for making the .5 mark appear (to your eye) to be the same size.

Rifle Scopes Leupold VX-R Patrol 3-9x40mm First Impressions

i just wanted to add here. there's a reason why the firedot tactical milling reticle is the way it is. in order to bring the fiber optic rod to the center and make a true visible(in strong sun light) dot in the center, which is what the firedot is all about, they had to "lay"(similar to laying...

Rifle Scopes Has Vortex improved the PST 2.5-10x44 since Ilya's less than flattering evaluation?

dollars to donuts your going to love the glass first time out. sightron seems to spend it's money,in making these,on the right stuff that matters. they're slowly offering more of the frills/features,again that matter,as time goes by. they don't spend much on advertising and they're certainly not...

Rifle Scopes Has Vortex improved the PST 2.5-10x44 since Ilya's less than flattering evaluation?

the sightron Slll 3.5-10x44 LRMD/CM is mil/mil. the LRIRMOA is moa/moa and illuminated. both have lots of adjustment. i think some of the pictures are wrong. this is what it looks like. Sightron SIII 3.5-10x44 LRMD/CM - YouTube you can see the turrets there. very nice.

Rifle Scopes Cheap scope wanted for a ar-15 need opinions

you might want to look into these. in no particular order. sightron SlH hunter. weaver 40/44. vortex cross fire ll. vortex diamondback. redfield revenge. hawke varmint. nikon prostaff. there're several options in each above,so make sure you look into each and every one(go...

Rifle Scopes Vortex Sightron or SWFA what would you get

hunting deer at 1000?..and with .308? the humane kill zone on a deer is about the size of a paper plate(not the very large type either). this is not like making a COM hit on an enemy soldier. at 1000 yards, even with 300 WM,a 1 mph wind will move the bullet almost 9". what about several...

Rifle Scopes Vortex Sightron or SWFA what would you get

i would definately give up FFP and ill and get one of the sightron Slll 6-24 instead of a vortex PST. the Slll are higher quality imo than the PST line. don't let anyone tell you otherwise, extra features be damned.

Rifle Scopes Vortex Sightron or SWFA what would you get

i think your going to end up being master of nothing. what type/game hunting are you planning to do where the range will always be at least/minimum 500? for most type hunting,i would want a minimum of 4x with less possibly better. this goes against f-class type shooting where most prefer really...

Rifle Scopes Vortex 1-4x24 Viper PST - anyone tried it?

the viper pst is SFP. the razor HD is FFP and MOA/MOA.

Rifle Scopes No Self Control. Vortex 2.5-10x32 FFP on Order

i was wondering if you had a chance to look at the weaver tactical 2-10x36 and how you would compare it to this vortex? for my application, the lighter weight of the vortex is not an issue. i'm more interested in what my money gets me in quality of glass, toughness, internal design(tracking,erector...

    Rifle Scopes Weaver Rifle scope

the 800362 is the non-ill,non-matching mil/moa with standard mildot reticle and moa turrets. it's still part of the tactical(not the kaspa tactical) series. here's an early article on the 800362 and as you can see,he says their made in japan because, well, they are. i'm not sure why you saw...
