Re: Stripped AR lower: where can I NOT send it? It's just a boring old Bushmaster stripped lower. I'm still on the fence as to whether to sell it. Not looking to gouge anyone for sure. It's just been sitting around for years gathering dust.

I'm considering auctioning a stripped AR lower that has been sitting around for years. I will of course send it to an FFL, but other than California are there other states or regions where I can not send it? NY, MD, MA, HI, IL, etc? Thanks!

I thought I had this bookmarked. I've tried all kinds of search terms, but can't find it. IIRC, it was on the Hide, so hopefully I'm not going insane. Someone posted about how the factory talked them through aligning the hash marks on an HDMR turret when they don't quite index correctly...

Re: Couple of questions about new 700 LTR Just a quick update. The LTR came back from Remington refinished. Not really much explanation on the work order, just a receiver that looks like it should. It took about 2 weeks after delivery to them. I'm happy with the results.

Re: Couple of questions about new 700 LTR Well, I contacted Remington. When I got some oil on it, it was really noticeable. It didn't seem to retain oil as well in the affected areas either. I wonder if the metal was contaminated before the Parkerizing process... More pics in better light...
