    Re: Form 4 wait time I was just thinking, which I know can be dangerous, but since the process is so long what happens if one was to kick the bucket before they got their suppressor in hand? I guess if its in a trust already then the question is answered but seriously.

    Re: Form 4 wait time I just spoke to the NFA branch a few minutes ago and my form 4 went pending Dec 2, 2011. The lady said they are running about 6 months from pending to approved. Said mine may be approved by June.

    Re: Form 4 wait time I just mailed my form 4 individual on 11/14/11. Item is AAC Cyclone Suppressor. No clue when ill find out what's going on in the process. I heard I can call after giving the atf a week or so to make sure they get my stuff. do they send you notification in the mail...

    Suppressors Rem700 sps-acc .308 help

    Re: Rem700 sps-acc .308 help I recently purchased an R700 SPS Tactical AAC SD and a Cyclone at the beginning of the month. Anyone know about how long the wait is with the ATF paperwork? I was told and read the ATF has 60 days by federal statute to make their decision.
