i hit this 20ft wide light house first try. its not just about beam divergance, its about the sensitivity of the sensors in the unit. Plrf 15c hand held.
there is a motor rewind shop on 6th street in bremerton, heading away from callow its about two blocks up on the left side. not sure if they are still open or what but there is a sign. if they are in business im sure they would have it, or DC engineering is another motor place in chico.
OK thanks guys, i think one of the problems is that because i dont have a counterweight i have the chin strat way to tight and its pulling on my head, im going to rig up a counterweight and go from there. any of you added the epic air pads? they make a difference or kind of a waste of money?
ok so i finally got around to picking up a helmet. my setup is a pvs14 on dual dovetail, norotos aka2 mount on a xl team wendy exfil ltp helmet. i am not very impressed with the comfort. i like the mounts but it seams pretty front heavy. are you guys running rear counter weights with these...
i tried just lemi shine and water and that wouldnt get this residue off. use what works i guess. i was getting good results with soap and lemi but i ran 3500 9mm cases this weekend and it all started getting gunked up...
i didnt look inside them but im sure they are super clean. the primers were still in also. i have had some real good shiny brass come out in the past but i think the drum got kinda loaded up with carbon and was putting it back onto the cases. the trifecta stripped it all out though. i think...

OK so have been cleaning a ton of brass this last weekend and twice i ran into where the cases were coming out with a black type rubber substance on them. i was using cheap soap and lemi shine. tried dialing back the lemi shine etc. wiped out the barrell and that worked for about two loads...
