    I think either was accurate enough for the iron sights. The P17 stock was not conducive to good accuracy. Springfield trigger was better in the examples I shot.

    Forgot to mention the cock on closing of the p17 was never popular though it could be changed. The extractor was weak. That rear sight and metal around it. It was just never seen as better than much of anything.
