    So I have a 300wm in a chassis that takes 3.715in aics mags. Would it be possible/ realistic feed the 300 prc in a magazine that size? Any recommendations on more traditional stocks or chassis systems with a larger magazine?

    Just read that proof research has some 300 prc stuff in the works. I'm not sure if this will include any prefits or just complete rifles. I hope this cartridge catches fire and succeeds.

    GPS Distance Apps

    I just tried ballisticsArc and really enjoyed it. I also use it to pin good shooting spots that I find, but I'm just marking them using the mark target function. The distance seemed pretty accurate as my firing solutions were spot on.

    Solid advice. A lot of things to consider, but I'm sure I can get some good results whichever cartridge I stick with, either the win mag or the prc.

    That hornady ammo with the 225s looks very appealing. I'm still hoping hornady will offer the same bullet in loaded 300 win mag. But with this new cartridge I doubt they will.

    Almost forgot. I wanted to get an ops inc collar, but dont have a suppressor. Is there any point to getting one besides being more clone correct? Like does it offer any flash suppression, etc.?

    Dont have pics right now but my first ar was a bcm mk12 mod 1 upper with lmt lower with the sopmod stock. I'll have to post some pics when I get a chance. Also upgraded to a geissele ssa-e trigger. It's still my favorite of all my ar type rifles.

    Looks like a good cartridge to try out some of the new 30 cal smk bullets. I need a new 300 win barrel, maybe I just get this instead. Also, is there any info on reloading dies becoming available, or did I miss something? I apologize if this has already been asked.
