ARC Xylo Chassis fitment with stock Remington 700?

I just talked to Ted... It is our mistake! We will make it right. Just send the Xylo back and we will fix it. We tried to accommodate as many actions and triggers as we could, and we just overlooked the standard Remington with the stock bolt stop. Lots of Remington owners have their...

ARC Xylo Chassis fitment with stock Remington 700?

Can you send me a picture of it? [email protected] Look to see if (where) the bolt stop mechanism is touching the Xylo. Remingtons can be a little more banana-shaped than custom actions. The Xylo will be straighter than the action. Loosen the bedding screws. Recheck the...

    Xylo chassis - thoughts?

I use: https://www.americanrifle.com/shop/product/12140-kit-xylo-barrel-shroud-kit-1285?category=17 I plan on gluing on some really thin carbon fiber to it and see if that works. The night vision bridge and the barrel shroud work a little, but i think more is needed, for me at least.

    Xylo chassis - thoughts?

The Xylo cheekpiece was designed to offer the shooter a choice between a 45 and a 90-degree cheekweld; it is reversible. Although either side is comfortable, most shooters will prefer one or the other. When shooting weakside, it's assumed that there will be positional compromises, and having...

    Xylo chassis - thoughts?

There is the steel bag bar that adds a lot of weight. And you can add two bag bars, and the steel ones you can add additional weights to.

    Xylo chassis - thoughts?

The cheek piece is asymmetric so you can flip it around- some people like a 45* cheek piece, some like 90* (some like round but I think most who like round would like 45*). The Xylo gives you the option of either. I prefer the 45* but I have some friends who are really good rifle shooters who...

Double (or even 3) bag bars, steel bag bars, I've even used stick-on tire weights.

Grips should be adjusted to fit the shooter, as best as possible. Wood is pretty easy to shape. You can add material to thicken or add finger grooves or something. The goal is to have uniform pressure on your hand, provide for real consistent trigger finger placement (the grip is the anchor...

ARC makes forend weights in one pound and quarter-pound, and pairs of quarter-pound m-lok weights for the sides. Up to three pounds on the inside and another pound and a half on the outside; 4.5 total. Ted said they are going up on the site this week.
