Has anybody tried a Choate 25-06-10 SA "Drop Box Mag" Tactical Stock on a Mod 10 FCP-K .308 Win ? I’m finding that the FCP-K (w/ trigger guard bolt release) dose not just take all the “drop in” items out there.

I was reading an interview with one of the record holders that shoot for Savage Arms, He states that he only cleans his barrel every 200 rounds. I clean mine far more often, so my question to you is “How often do you clean your barrel ??????

Has anybody built a .300 WSM rifle ? the ballistics looks a lot like the .300 Win Mag. and is not a belted case It looks like you could build one on a short action. I was just wondering about accuracy, dose this round have the chops to be considered a sniper (target) round.

Today, at the rang I was talking to a guy about loads for .308 Win, and he was saying he was getting good results with Wolf brand of primers ! (he look to be into accuracy) I have only seen Wolf ammo as plinking ammo. And assume, and yes I know what they say about assuming anything !
