One issue I had was accessory screws (for bipod attachment) in front (near muzzle) were too long in my MPA and barrel was touching. Had to grind them slightly. Easy to check free floating with dollar bill.

Preference for FFP or SFP? AMG is all around excellent, and probably can be picked up in PX for around your budget. It would be my personal top suggestion. FWIW it's what I run on mine. The sightron STAC is also quite nice (for the price point) if it's just for punching paper.
