Fun update...just had to hang up on their customer service. They said they needed to forward me over to claims, and that there was no wait to talk to them. Fifteen minutes later, I gave up. This company is a train wreck.

That would have been my first guess, but the chat literally tells you "(Person) has ended the chat." Lol

Have you dealt with their customer service lately? I had two different chat operators just end the chat as I was trying to ask a follow up question.

Their customer service (or lack thereof) really leads me to believe the too big for their britches theory. It's like they genuinely just don't care about their customers, and some of the online chat folks show an outright disdain for us. Lol
