    Fluted cut rifled bbls

I think fluting button barrels is a concern to some.

New build decision 300prc or 300winmag

Agree with Aftermath. 300WM is a terrific cartridge. Truth be told, sadly, all but obsolete today, the 308 Norma Mag was probably better than both of them.

Full length bump sizing brass that’s different dimensions

If they have only been fired once, or twice even, they are probably not fully formed to your chamber. If that's the case, see if they chamber easily. If they do, just set your die up to size the neck only and shoot them until they are fully formed. Then set your die up to size to whatever...

Scoring in new chamber , leaving marks on brass .

Polishing or honing a chamber to a mirror finish reduces the case's ability to grip the chamber walls when fired and thus, generates increased bolt thrust in a bolt gun. Gouges, spurs, reamer etching in chambers that leaves substantial markings on brass should be sent back to manufacturer/builder.

    Bolt Head (Pressure signs)

If you shoot a hot load that causes gas blow by between the primer and pocket, or pierce a primer, you can get cutting or etching of the bolt face.

    Cheek Piece Adjustments

From a proper technique standpoint, once the cheek piece positioning has been set, should it be readjusted with changes in bipod height or leg position configuration or remain in the same location? The question pertains to prone shooting with adjustable bipod. Thank you.

How would the Zeiss Spotter 60 compare to the Zeiss 85mm spotter? Is the glass the exact same in both models?

    Cleaning Question

I used to shoot competition and therefore shot many rounds in a year. Barrels that were regularly cleaned lasted longer before losing competitive edge. These were not factory barrels, however. If you decide to clean the barrel, use a bore guide and coated rod. Both are good investments.

Pitfalls of Buying Tikka vs. Remington

Kirk, one thing I'll add about the Tikka is that the single column magazine adds more beef to their actions. Their actions are very stiff when compared to magazines that have the staggered columns. I think Tikkas are great actions for custom builds as well. As others have said, they shoot great...
