    I don't think you can go wrong with the Abel Theorem. Multiple type of endcaps (including a brake) and really nice workmanship. I have a bunch of TBAC cans too, but the Abel is a really nice product.

    Less recoil and less noise? I shot my abel and RR side by side the other day and I have to say the felt recoil and "target jump" was less with the Abel. I have always owned TBAC's, but the Abel can is really nice.
