I've had that scope for 5 years now and it's excellent. I just bought 5.5-22x56 for my second rifle. I've never seen one break and have seen many Premier and S&B's go tits up at exactly the wrong time.
+1 on this piece of kit. It folds into a 1 quart bag and I take it everywhere. It was great in Alaska last summer and the ever present rain. It's also good for wind protection.
This happened to my Kestral recently. I'm an electrical engineer and saw that there was significant damage to the circuit board. The complaint that I have with kestral is that the documentation has only a one line sentence in the papers that warn against corrosion. The second, most boneheaded...
Just finished the class with Caylen last week. Great write up. He didn't show us the C.O.R.D. though... He cleaned up a lot of my fundamentals. I recommend it as well if you have a chance. The Impact Data book was a nice touch as well.

Re: ControlledChaosArms made my daughter cry!! That is awesome. When my daughter graduates from her pink 10/22, I'm going to have to look at that. Scott
Re: HELP!! Thumbhole Stock Idiot here. I installed mine last night. It took a little ingenuity. Nobody carries long head 3/16's allen in town... That said, so far I like the feel of the AICS 1.5. I'll find out how it shoots next weekend.
Re: 2010 TPRC Thank you! Thanks Scott and all of the RO's. Excellent job! That was great fun. POF deserves so much credit and thanks. See you guys next year. Scott
