With the type of resizing die you're using, could the expander mandrel/button not be doing its job since you disabled the decapping operation? Were the bullets a little harder to seat?
I'm interested too. I have a legacy AICS that is just before the AT AICS was introduced. It doesn't have the block of aluminum around the bolt handle.

@Frank Green -- I really appreciate you putting together these messages. It's a good reminder to stay away from the abrasive cleaning agents. The example in the thread is pretty crazy.
Uh-hum, ......... you're referring to Accuracy International and the relationship of supply and demand. I always wondered why the folding stock hinge upgrade cost $500+ .
When you do the next series of powder charge weight I would look for groups that impact in the same area on target. Then I would try different seating depths.
Do you have much wind blowing when you are shooting at 200 m?
