I am leaning towards this for one of my Marlin 795's Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I like it for several reasons, it is the right price for me, it is 1/4 MOA which is what I have with my only other scope. Is this a pretty good scope for the money? Thanks...

First off I will say I am very new to scopes. My only exp. is the scope I have a my AR15 (Primary arms 1x4x24)I am looking for a pretty good scope for my .22 (Remington 552)keeping in mind this is not a high dollar rifle. I just want something "good." Oh and some rings too? Thanks for any ideas...

Re: remington 552 speedmaster from the 70's? I have my dad's old 552 from when he was a kid. I can't remember the year(has no serial #) The year marking is a "J" on the bbl. I just got a new bolt from brownells last week. They are great rifles to shoot
