    Calypso AB Mini Ultrasonic Wind Meter

    It isn't the battery that is the problem. It is that it is constantly running as far as I can tell. Apparently covering it limits some of the drain. Disappointing and annoying for sure but it still performs well and a savings over Kestrel. Hopefully, they take notice and fix this design flaw.

    I just got one and fully charged it and put it up, the next day with no use it is at 30%, wait a few more days and it's at zero. Better take your charger with you. Also the Android app is very flakey, but works good with Quantum AB. The power stability is disappointing.

    My 16" AR Proof CF is new and having some feed issues but I haven't come to the conclusion it was the barrel. Have been trying to find the right gas/buffer. However, it's accuracy is spectacular.
