Re: New Winchester Mod 70 Review? If the M70 Stealth were the same price as a Rem 700 SPS, I'd have gotten that. You could probably compare it to a 700P. The M70 action is super smooth, and I like the CRF. I'd definitely consider it as a base for a build.
