Spitballing here. If I have followed the thread correctly, you have separated the upper-lower halves and your photo seems to show the free end of the firing pin retaining pin exposed on the right side of the bolt. Perhaps removing the firing pin to allow the cam pin to move as freely as it can...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Stubborn RMR screws

6-40 gunsmith screws are common place, just not for red dot optic mounting applications. Phillips head fasteners are just behind hex head in being inadequately designed for the task.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Stubborn RMR screws

When you remove the hex head style, replace the fasteners with Torx style. These Grab-iT extractors are the best. Simple cordless drill in reverse mode. You don't want to use heat or excessive impact on the fasteners with the optic electronics.

Suppressors Alignment rods - steel or carbon fiber

I have Geissele's but McMaster=Carr has some close-tolerance rods that you can pick to the thousandth in diameters; I have used them for some suppressed .22, and as Geiselle advises on his rods, you just need "minute of eyeball" accuracy.

    AR Take Down Tool

I too made some delrin tools on the lathe for the pins. For the Glocks I modified the Grace tool to accomodate holding the pins for installation start and a brass insert to tap them in.

Looking for mount with windage/elevation adjustments to co-align LRF with a spotting scope

Forgot I had to fabricate some offset rails to mount a Daniel Defense 45 deg QD picatinny rail mount. Used a shoulder bolt to secure the LRF-bino to the rail. I had a couple of the STOMP mounts which is the host rail system flipped around a little bit.

Looking for mount with windage/elevation adjustments to co-align LRF with a spotting scope

An old thread resurrected and I see above the Sightlok chosen as a contemporary solution. Not rifle mounted , however, before tables were in vogue I used this setup using a red dot optic to sight on target, spotting scope and bino-LRF. It was very efficient at high power magnifications. Could...

Suppressors Any industry reps willing to discuss helping a state get access to suppressors?

Not so in Florida! Although gun silencers are not legal in every state, they are legal in Florida. There is no specific law directed at silencers under Florida state law except to define the item as a "firearm"! A gun silencer falls under the definition of a “firearm”. Under Florida Statute...
