    Re: Just healing up....I think As you may know Mr300, Absorbine is a liniment used by Veterinarians on horses pre and post workout. I use it with good succes. Typically I'll apply it then wrap my knees with ace bandages to both protect them and keep the heat in before squats and kettlebell...
