I'm finally feeling better from a medium case of tennis elbow and I think that I might be ready to hit the gym again.

I've been taking ANIflex (designed for use with racing horses, but it can also be used to treat joint/tendon/ligament damage in humans as well) and super doses of Omega oils. My elbow doesn't hurt at all anymore and I feel pretty good about it.

What would you guys suggest; try to work it carefully to see if it has truely healed or wait for another week (or two) in order to be safe?

Thanks!

Re: Just healing up....I think

Did you get diagnosed with anything? I've currently got a 2nd class seperated AC joint and I can still do just about anything in the gym. I have to use weights that are a lot lighter than I would normally use but I replace weight with reps and still manage a decent workout. Some days I have to take a couple of percoset after the workout if I pushed limits too far but it's all what you think you can handle and how badly you wanna do it. Just my opinion though.

Whatever you decide, make sure you warm it up good and get blood flow to the joint before you get aggressive with a work out.

As you may know Mr300, Absorbine is a liniment used by Veterinarians on horses pre and post workout. I use it with good succes. Typically I'll apply it then wrap my knees with ace bandages to both protect them and keep the heat in before squats and kettlebell work. You'll probably find it on the same isle as UNIflex. Hope the healing continues!

The ANIFlex that I take has all of that already in it (generally, with larger amounts of glucosomine, chondroiten, and MSM than anything that you'll find at GNC)
