Re: Barrel rust AHH!! Got rust on my remington barrel some years ago and applied gunslick. That took care of the rust. Then i put a mouist absorbing ball in my gun locker. I have not had anymore problems whit rust since then. But remember to always store your gun muzzle down, not in a case...

Re: remington, sako, or tikka? I would get the Remington, short action, reliabole, lots of aftermarket parts, but that stock is not the best. I would not chose the sako becouse the lack of aftermarket parts( as far as i know). The tikka is long action and that does not make the 308 optimal...

Re: Sako 75 ejection woes Hi Had have problems whit sako extractors. The remedy in my case, was that the owner(borrowed guns) did clean the bolts.

Re: Sako trg stock lop I like the stock to, plain and simple. The sako trg is great as all sakos, but if there that much metter than remington, I don´t know. Have shot both sako hunter and tikka and had extractor problems( borrowed guns)whit both. But the sako i shot, shot great but so does...

Hi Been thinking about geting a sako trg22, but now whit the trg stock coming to the remington i might just get the stock. does anyone know howe short and long the lop is on the trg stock.
