Re: Restoration of an Old Ithaca Model 37-12 gauge honestly I was thinking of a semi gloss duracoat, Im afraid the pitting in the metal wont lend itself to blueing or parkerizing. I havent made the decision yet, I need to bead blast the reciever and barrell to see the extent of the damage...

Re: Restoration of an Old Ithaca Model 37-12 gauge refinishing and action work is upcoming, just started this weekend so its most likely gonna take a few weeks to finish, she was in a pretty bad way metal wise.... All salvagable though. I think its gonna be a nice gun in the end. those 37's...
