I've killed several Moose with a Kimber Montana in 308. It's also killed Black Bears, Elk, and a pile of Whitetails. The rifle loves 165 Accubonds and they have performed flawlessly on everything I've ever shot at.

Just watch the video and tilt it when he says to tilt it and insert / remove mag when he tells you too. I don't take mine apart very often but when I do, the video is pretty much the only way I am able to get it back together.

Not a 17 but my 22lr Superlite is probably the only rifle I own that I would never sell. VQ quality is very good. Ended up getting a VQ Scorpion as well.

Neat little guns but the trigger is beyond horrible. Still a compact and reliable plinker for the price.

Center X works very well in my VQ Superlite. Also have had good success with Eley Club & Subsonic as well as the RWS offerings. Not real fond of the lube on the RWS but I wipe it off and they feed very well and are my most accurate load out past 100 yards. Another load that will produce crazy...

Thanks for the test and cool video. Have you tried Winchester or Eley Subs? My VQ loved the old Winchester 40 gr. subs but I have not yet tried the newer 42 gr. subs. I'll have to keep an eye open for the Fiocchi 40 gr subs to give them a try. Thanks again for the test.

Winchester and Eley subsonic are both pretty quiet with absolutely stunning accuracy. I watched the video referenced above and it seems pretty unscientific. SS is about all I use in any or my rifles or pistols, mostly because my guns like them (accuracy wise). They cycle just fine.
