    Sahara, it's a ground sterilizer. Hit it with gylosophate, x2 rate. Then Sahara neutralizes soil. Might take 2 applications. It's expensive but effective. 10yr rate of decay. If you can hire tractor and disc might be cheaper.

    Nothing really from locals. Show up work enough for walking around money and don't show up again. They show back up a week or so later expecting their job still. It's hard to build a business that way. I pay well. These guys aren't cheap to bring over and with taxes and all.... But you get good...

    I can't hire anyone these days. No matter the pay. I own grain elevators, cotton gin, trucking company and farm and can't get any locals. All my guys are H2A.
