Nothing really from locals. Show up work enough for walking around money and don't show up again. They show back up a week or so later expecting their job still. It's hard to build a business that way. I pay well. These guys aren't cheap to bring over and with taxes and all.... But you get good...

I can't hire anyone these days. No matter the pay. I own grain elevators, cotton gin, trucking company and farm and can't get any locals. All my guys are H2A.

The layout is 60 yards x 100 yards. We want to put 6 shooting stations with some tactical shooting mixed in. I want to go to a few more classes to experience some different setups. We have a short walk through rifle course there behind a berm. I will be putting in a long range platform there...
