    I would be ok with repro sights if they're correct to form. Yep, confirmed the front sight holes are threaded. The screws come with it but the base itself isn't present. Do you happen to know the part number from Freelands or the hole spacing and such of the front sight? Checking google now.

    I'm fairly certain it's not lol. He does have some feedback on the platform I found it on. And has been very easy/normal to communicate with. I thought the same thing though. It's a great price, not quite great enough to be too good to be true I think.

    Good points, and thanks! The buttpad isn't as big of a deal as the overall form of the gun. If I get it I'll be tracking down at least the sight bases and the one-piece scope base we used. I'll check on the twist rate
