I'll second the FL sizing suggestion. I've actually been neck sizing, then expanding. Using a Redding bushing die followed by a Sinclair Gen II mandrel. The bushing is just enough to size the neck down enough so my mandrel will touch the I.D. so I can get uniform tension and not have to worry as much about variances in my neck thickness. At least that's my theory...
21st century shooting as suggested,the floating design works very well, all parts are of high quality.
And you can use both 21st,PMA tool and Sinclair expander mandrels with it.
