neck expander....

I want to expand the neck of my Bnew Lapua brass before I neck size it for uniformity. Any suggestion where I can get one.

What cartridge are we talking here?

Sinclair has a die with several mandrels that will work for you. I suggest you FL size new brass but you don't have to lube with neck only.

I use the Sinclair Gen II expander die and oversized mandrel for .308 and .223. They work very well and are not too expensive:

I'll second the FL sizing suggestion. I've actually been neck sizing, then expanding. Using a Redding bushing die followed by a Sinclair Gen II mandrel. The bushing is just enough to size the neck down enough so my mandrel will touch the I.D. so I can get uniform tension and not have to worry as much about variances in my neck thickness. At least that's my theory...
