    Re: Anyone doing/done the P90X/Insanity Hybrid? I decided to try P90X after seeing results on a friend. I don't follow the diet plan, but eat healthy and cycle over a hundred miles a week. I'm impressed with the program. I now have much respect for yoga peeps.
