Resurrecting an old on here. But does anyone know how to restore the scale to factory settings so I can reprogram the v4. My uncle had some issues getting to grains and tried to program but not thinks he messed up and we want to start from scratch and re program from default factory settings...

Does the red light come on the bottom of the scale for you guys? We cannot get that light on. Tried again today with 3 devices. Doing everything the manual said. And could not connect.

Yes I emailed him I don’t have the number. Quite frustrating bought the unit less then a month ago. Owell I imagine he will call and help me out.

Ya I mean definitely the first thing I tried was unplugging all cords etc. powered down as well with no unplugging. Thanks ThNms

Hey guys, Have a v4 seems to be functioning pretty well from a powder throwing aspect so far. The disconcerting part is 2 out of 6 times attempting to load the V4 will not connect to blue tooth. No red light on bottom with the jumper or without. Went item by item in the manual trying to fix...
