Just completed the final tune up of my Savage switch gun. Had to rebed the stock tune the little blemishes out and get the copper build up out after the final breakin so now its complete and im starting on the 6.5 06 AI.I hope it shoots as good as the 338 does.!! Enjoy the target it speaks...

Re: Question about switch barrel setup I see ur intrested in the switch gun approach i just completed mine i used the savage action and then customized it trued the action and added a comp trigger a ss .250 recoil lug and a custom PT&G bolt ground and fluted set it in a richards microfit...
