    Might sound silly but did you open them and verify they are Berdan primers? I ask cause i bought a couple cases of primers recently and come to find out they where boxed incorrectly in 7.62x39 berdan boxes, they actually had KVB-7.62 NATO boxer primers in them.

    42oz without the sunshade but with the zero stop ring installed. So right in the ballpark of the assumption that the Spuhr weighs 10oz.

    That is possible but they do come from japan so it may not be as much of an issue as other products.

    Same here Kestrel is on V1.25 and no option to update. Also reinstalled iPhone app but shows it has not updated in over 4 months as well and is on V1.156
