Interesting, I have brass sized/primed sitting for year before loading. Again I load for hunting and not competitive shooting. Never noticed significant difference for hunting accuracy. But only been doing it for 50 years or so
Have never intentionally removed lube after resizing in 30+ years reloading handgun or rifle. Reload rifle from 22Hornet, 223, 7-08, 243, 270, 6.8SPC, 308, 300WinMag, 300WSM, 375H&H, 416 Rigby, 7Rem, 284Win,etc. Guess I have been doing it wrong.
Easiest is the Hornady OAL gauge. You can use a sized brass with only slight neck tension, place desired bullet, chamber and lock bolt, carefully extract brass and measure.
