Dayuuum, must be super hard for all the gang members to carry now. They hear the news report yesterday and be like "awww shyeet, homeboy Adams just said we can't take our hammers on the trains anymore, man. Now we gotta wait for the goofies to come out onto the block befo we can cap em, shyeeet. AND we gotta go down to the precinct and give them our Facebook accounts too just so we can keep packin ratchets on our own block???? Shyeeet"...

The law will prevent most carry. So many places off limits plus to walk in a business they have to have a sign posted saying carry is welcome, otherwise felony. Hope this gets fast tracked and smacked down.
I believe thay have to ask you to leave. If you refuse then its trespassing.

Trespassing is going to be best defined by the state/local laws. It's been well documented to have a VERY wide definition. In some places to Trespass means your actions need to be unlawful while just being on private property IS NOT always unlawful. In other places just being on private property IS unlawful. Not to mention some places require VERY specific signage or markings. Other places are more broad on what constitutes "signage/markings".

    For example:
So let's say you live in MT....DO NOT go onto anyone's land, that's 100% Trespassing.
Say you are in VA....I can walk around on your property all day long...as long as my actions aren't unlawful there's no Trespassing.
