Probably be out on his own recognizance in 24 hours. No sense in traumatizing the poor guy any further. It is Commiefornia afterall
California is bad in most areas. My son lives in Huntington Beach and he says Orange County is getting really bad for the homeless. He works in Santa Ana and that's worse than most areas.
Build a wall around that place and let the Darwinism begin. Call me when no one is left.
Maybe I just don’t know enough folks that carry but those that I do are usually pretty darn good about being aware of their surroundings. I know that personally, I am particularly concerned about the homeless here in kali and do my best to avoid the areas that they frequent. If I’m around em for any reason, I’m cognizant of the fact that I need to keep my head on a swivel. Don’t want to get shanked by an aids needle.

I guess it's better than shooting your partner. Which happened last week in Knoxville. A dog came out and jumped on a deputy. The other deputy tried to shoot the dog and shot the deputy.Suspect is dead. Found in an apartment in Anaheim, and ended up being shot. Guess he did not want to go to jail.
