Yeah that post is a video of a video, I think the one I saw yesterday was from the actual shooting, as he runs around the back of the car he throws a gun way away, up in air. I don't have the video, a co-worker showed it to me.
So they saw him pull a gun, and he gets shot and tosses it?
Turns out if you run, and then pull a gun, you're far more likely to get shot than if you calmly talk to them.
Did the Police shoot him in the library while he was studying to become a doctor holding his pencil ? This all could have been avoided if the criminal/convicted felon was not illegally carrying a gun and if he was not intending to kill those cops. There is no such thing as “illegally carrying a gun” per the constitution and federalist papers.

i heard he was reportedly brandishing and perhaps threatening people with the gun (hence the police response).
this is a tough call for an officer that might legitimately believe the man was a threat to others.
if you let him run away and he later kills somebody, would this be reasoned as a result of allowing him to escape?

Cops pull into the lot in an unmarked car after a complaint of an armed man brandishing a firearm. They see a guy matching the description flashing a gun, he PULLS THE GUN OUT and approaches the car (not knowing there were cops inside…I bet he had good intentions with whatever random person he thought was inside at the time *sarcasm*)

Is it possible the throwing the gun in the air was in response to being hit with the first round? Meaning he still possesed the gun when he was shot? That was my first impression
