If something like this were to pass, the police would definitely enforce this because “it’s the law.” I couldn’t imagine being a shell of a man that takes and follows orders unquestionably. It’s also ironic that those that willfully give up their personal sovereignty to protect and serve gov’t/uncle sam, claim to value and protect yours. Weird.
