I never had anyone around to pull rocks out so I carried a long, heavy pry bar. Stop with the rock up to the top, insert pry bar between the rock and duals, and back up. They always came out. I had to go off road a lot where there were plenty of rocks just waiting to jump between the dual tires so this was frequent chore.Had quite a few jobs where we would haul and place concrete crushed to around this size. Every haul truck and supervisors pickup had a 10' piece of 1/4" grade 8 chain with hooks both ends. When this was seen (2 or 3 times a shift) the haul truck was immediately radioed, sidelined and the piece pulled out, tires inspected and usually sent on their way. Everybody watched for this. Best case, you pull it. Next case, tires get damaged. Worst case, it comes out at speed.
Thank you,

Looks good to me. Don’t need a template, just get the sight where you want it (the old eyeball approach works best) and mark the holes with an almost used up sharpie.
Well not exactly. Mine could barely climb a hill without downshifting to third. Supposed to have a lot of bottom end torque. That’s why I choose it in an inexpensive 3/4 ton. It Really struggled pulling our 16 foot gooseneck stock trailer. Interstate? We were like a rolling road block.
This may catch on.
