He's trying to step in when he sees PM sent and direct you to contact an email address not associated with the seller. Yes, obvious, but hopefully this helps someone....

Did you report it? I also always add negative feedback stating "hacked account" and the date in the title line so other users are alerted until they are banned. Admins can remove it later when the owner retains control of the account.
