It's important to always remember, the lands where these invaders are coming from are almost all embroiled in incredible day to day violence, often to just survive. This is their "normal", and they are bringing it to America. Prisons have been emptied, cartel affiliated gang members, Somali's, Congo, a great many of them muslims, who have no love for America and Christianity. The list is endless. Some A/Os (Citys/Towns/Countys) have SOP's in place for this very thing. If those displaced have verified kin/friends in the A/O, but if not,... they will welcome what transpires next.
funny you mention that…..one of my good local buddies is in tight with a few local cops in out small suburb city. they told him that is the shtf here they would accept civilian help to block roads and assist them.
our PD department has changed since that convo went around but those cops are still on here. just a new younger crew now. not super excited about that but i’ve had interactions with a few and they seem ok.
Bought my very rural 6 acres of virgin hardwoods back in '15, took 18 months to pay it off. I have a 1000' deep well and a big enough generator to run it, plus a constant spring that runs through the bottom. I've been prepping my whole life. Need to unload some non essentials, and build a wood-smoke gasifier. We don't garden but have everything to do so stocked up, including an old Troy built horse tiller that's been 100% gone through, right down to new tires. I don't think anyone is ever 100% ready, I'd rate myself about 80% at best.

Have to settle for a big green egg, I did build a retort kiln to make my own charcoal! I have a lot of 4 legged neighbors, since moving here, down in my bottom next to the stream I made a big mineral lick & feed corn. I have a tripod with an enclosed shooting house on a hill overlooking it all. Perfectly set to where the prevalent wind blows in my face and the morning sun rises directly behind me. And yet I never harvested one. I guess I'm saving them for when I need them. Everything doable with my crossbow, so as not to draw any attention to myself!!

It doesn't take 75% of a nation to cause a civil war.
In a nation of 350,000,000 people it is possible to have a civil war with less than 10,000,000 engaged in ongoing organized or semi-organized violence, perhaps even less.
Haiti is effectively in a civil war and most people are simply trying to avoid gang vs police firefights and are going about their day trying to find food and water.
The USA will almost certainly see a genuine full-scale civil war by 2030.
I will define a "genuine full-scale civil war" as follows.
1- Effective federal control will have been lost in at least one or more states. [de facto secession/loss of control]
OR
2- At least one more states will formally repudiate federal/DC authority and will refuse to take orders from DC. [de jure secession]
Along with 1 OR 2, there will also be an AND condition 3.
3- At least 100 casualties per day in sustained combat, terrorist, insurgency operations related to the civil war.
I believe those conditions will be met in some manner, in a conflict within the USA, before 2030.

Never try to talk a woman into anything, just proclaim what you are doing and then go do it. If she wants to follow you she will follow you, otherwise she stays home and can do laundry and dishes while you're out.
