If it was some Chief who wanted to torpedo a commander he didn't like.... noone will find out a thing or touch him. If it was some swabbie... well, my guess is that they don't hand full auto weapons to their Captain. Just a guess.
Commander's career is over. You don't survive being made a meme on the next step in the Ziggurat to full captain. The fitness report will be... all 5's (as usual... then again, is it still done with all 5's?) But everyone will know he is going to get axed. And he will get outed as a mere O-5. And go to work for Raytheon.

OK, here's the real story. Anybody can hit the target using a scope that magnifies the target. In this super secret counter, counter sniper training, you reverse the scope so it makes the target appear to be further away. The next phase after successfully mastering this configuration is to hit the target blindfolded, ninja style.
Yes, but that only works if you put it on a Savage and shoot 400 rounds a week that you reload and have a Desert Eagle .45!

A friend has one but it's not a ring, just a cannon that size. It was hilarious because the barrel is so short it doesn't generate enough energy with black powder and a BB to penetrate a aluminum can.

That's pretty much the gist of their channel- 20-50 second clips of her reacting to a stand up comic once a day and if the estimates are even remotely accurate as to the YouTube income they generate, wow.

I did something similar to my niece. It was her birthday, we placed a sign on the back of her car "Today is her birthday please wave and honk" While she was driving to school and eating a doughnut she thought they were commenting on her poor nutrition choice. As she was parking in school everyone was wishing her a happy birthday. She was not amused.
