I've said for years, that tasers and pepper-spray should be banned.
If someone deserves to have a trigger pulled on 'em, then make it worthwhile AND a potential learning experience for others. Far too much tolerance has been thrust upon society, and we should all be "expecting more" not "tolerating less" with regards to morals and respect.
It's not difficult, nor is it complicated.
