Mule deer hunt for someone that cant walk far?

I am looking for a mule deer hunt for me and my grandfather. He cant walk more than 400-500 yards. Anyone know of any mule deer hunts that could be done from a blind. Not worried about the state. And willing to pay up to 5k a person for the hunt. I do not want a high fence hunt for any reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd look to states with lesser quality bucks, most western states 5k will get you a deposit only. Not trying to rain on ya, but decent mule deer hunts cost more than an elk hunt generally speaking.

I don’t have any specific ones, but I would say most rut hunts give you a lot of opportunity. Especially if you aren’t trying to shoot a giant. I’d try to find an area with tags during the rut with lots of trails you can drive around on
