The counter argument will be that Trump has now inadvertently done the very thing the WEF wants - population reduction. Not through war or famine but through drug unaffordablility to most of the world.
I also expect lawsuits, the UN complaints and even higher drug company PAC donations and lobbyists to arrive immediately.
