Physical Fitness Effective joint supplements

Bear Pit Exercise Routine
BPC-157. Unfortunately, for me at least, it wasn't a permanent fix, and it can be costly to find quality stuff. Plus I was injecting sub q twice daily, at a spot as close as possible to my knee with enough skin to not hurt like a bitch. Regardless, after 2 weeks of injections, my patellar tendinitis didn't seem to exist for about a month. Curious if longer treatment will be a more permanent fix, will try again later I'm sure.

For joint health, I've had good luck with supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin. They’ve helped me keep my knees in check after heavy training sessions. Also, while looking into overall fitness and recovery, I found https://goliathsteroids.com/ which has some useful info about steroids and their effects on recovery. Personally, I’ve stuck with natural supplements and consistent stretching. Sometimes less is more, especially if you find a routine that works for you.

I’ve had joint issues pop up after a few years of lifting and running. Tried glucosamine and magnesium like others mentioned, but what actually helped me most was a combo of consistent mobility work, dropping a bit of weight, and keeping a closer eye on what I eat. Inflammation seems to flare up a lot faster now if I’m not paying attention to diet or hydration.

Lately I’ve been using Menalam to help track my nutrition better and adjust my supplements based on how I’m feeling day-to-day. It’s been helpful seeing what actually makes a difference over time rather than guessing.

Carbs/sugar in my diet show up within 24 hrs in knee and shoulder inflammation. No particular injuries, just worn out.

I’m extremely skeptical of OTC drugs, especially “snake oil” stuff that promises the moon, but then fails to deliver, but this stuff makes a real difference for me and my joint pain/arthritis:

I usually just take two per day though…one in the AM, and another mid-afternoon.
