I’m having dinner in a sports bar where there is a WNBA game playing on about 10 TV’s…

Holy shit Batman… every one of them (including the white chicks) look like absolute fucking gutter rats and trailer trash. WTF???

No one is watching for the basketball, they are watching it like an episode of cops, set in a trainwreck on Judge Judy… and waiting for Maury to show up!

And they %#^*ing fired Imus for being 100

P.S. Note that they didn’t fire Imus when he called NASCAR fans “a bunch of Moonpie-sucking boozles.” That was ok. (And it made me spit out my coffee when I heard it!). Double standards….

One of my great mentors very early in my career told me “never get so impressed with your title and your wealth that you think you are too good to mow your own lawn.”

It was one of the best pieces of advice I ever got!!

He passed a few years ago and I never got to thank him for that advice! And the trajectory he put me on! Incredible dude who made a real impression!

I worked at a Lion gas station during high school. That’s when you actually filled peoples tanks , also cleaned the windshield, checked the air on all tires.
He had a wash bay , a car wash was $3.00. He let locals use it to wash their cars for $1.00 . His water…soap , chamois.
His employees got to fill their tanks on Fridays. I had a big block in my 57 Chevy and it guzzled gas. Great perk !! I really miss those days 😣
