Only bought something from them once but it was as legit as it gets. I pay them. they sent the product as described.

Dude or dudette, (whichever you are or identify as. Cuz we're not judgemental) ummm we are well beyond that. Now it's just plain ass hattery judgemental fun.

I know, I know. I just said that we're not but.... Ahhh fuck. Have a few drinks and play along. Or don't. We won't pass judgement either way.

My apologies for not reading the 4 pages worth of "ass hattery". Saw the question, answered it in favor of CS Tactical and moved on. I'll be sure not to make such a mistake again by not playing along. "insert gay joke here" that applies to whatever running joke y'all have going on so I fit in.

It’s in the bear pit. That’s called a clue

No apologies needed. Round, square and all shapes of pegs fit in around here.

Just be careful when it comes to @Snipe260 . You've been warned. Probably that @Bender guy too

I didn't even know what the bear pit was. Now I know how to conduct myself here. I'll be seeing you boys around.
Friendly advice. Read this thread in its entirety.
Laugh, learn, have fun. You have handled it well so far.

"You've been warned"........

Yep, and for two distinctly different reasons. :ROFLMAO:

The Bear Pit, where the last of your feelings and self-esteem go to die.

I'd like to say that it keeps me honest and it does, mostly. But it also reminds me of the crew I used to work with in the field. If you didn't say something, we would make one up for you. Including rumors that were, well, okay...

Jason was a guy who had been to prison. He served his full sentence for identity fraud (stealing and cashing checks to buy drugs.) He really did turn his life around and studied electrical trade. But that wasn't good enough.

Curtis started the rumor that he lost a testicle in prison and his nickname was Uno.

That lasted for a day with Jason being mystified at people calling him Uno. We finally let him in on it and he laughed.

And got us back. He would fart in a bucket and bring it covered to you. He did that one day.

Next day was my turn and payback is a bitch. We were working over the weekend doing a remodel for computer power in a building that held the ag shop on one side and the computer lab on the other side at a middle school. I had the whole ag shop smelling like my bowel for about 3 hours.

It was the stuff of legend. My friend John, a long-time deer hunter and used to cleaning and processing does from the crack of his muzzleloader to packaged chili grind that he did himself, was choking and tearing up.

So, this place feels like home.

You are OK as far as Bender is concerned. Just don't get between and his Pigeon-poon-tang!

You’re welcome.
Frank? Nothing that I know of.

There’s a time and place to do and say things. I don’t give a shit if you like me, but you decided to troll our companies page and wanted to keep going. It would be like if I weren’t on the message boards, company pages you were affiliated with to talk shit. The difference is that whatever I say on social media, I’d have no problem with saying in person. This is a small and tight community of “adults” this isn’t reddit.

Those are not eyes of kindness. Those are eyes of bemusement. Those are the eyes of some of my co-workers just before the mercilessly roasted me for something real or imagined.

Feels like home, here.

He commented on our CS Tactical IG about the watch band cutting off my circulation, I explained that it was just the way I angled it to minimize the glare. It looked tight but was not. He continued to go on about it 🤦🏻‍♂️ He could have at least tried to sound funny instead trying to be a jerk.

I was in a rush to get a few pics and kept getting interrupted by deliveries and I had to box everything up before I took off to bring my kid to school.

Just like in the bear pit when you know the difference of ribbing vs someone trying to be nasty. It tends to be the people that hide behind anonymity that go for the latter.

I don’t know you enough to know if I like you or not. I do like what your business offers.
That wasn’t trolling. I would definitely make the same observation in person.
An adult wouldn’t get bent outta shape and start internet stalking someone about it.

Agreed and I don't have the business concern that you do.

And yeah, most times, there is good-natured ribbing here. Sometimes real vitriol. As for the difference between roasting and outright trolling and gaslighting, my viewpoint is shaped by my experiences, though your mileage may vary.

When someone gives me grief, real or feigned, it is best that I let the visual aid make my point for me. For example, if the trolling behavior were directed at me, this would be my response.
