President has PRESCIDENT on this, in previous supreme court rulings, and that other piece of paper, called the Constitution.
Dems like to call it, that OLD, OUTDATED, piece of paper.
President Obama stated “We can no longer rely on a rulebook made a few centuries ago.

When he is not denigrating the work of the judicial branch, Obama has found it convenient to sidestep the judiciary altogether. Last September, the administration targeted and killed U.S. citizen Anwar al-Alwaki in Yemen without any judicial review whatsoever. This violates the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution, which provides that "no person shall be deprived of life . . . without due process of law."

The President has POWERS, not rights in this context. 99% of Americans don't know the difference, but individual and collective liberty rests on the difference between rights and powers.

In this case, the press is either too stupid to know the difference, or knows and willingly deceives the masses. Probably the latter, which fits the "Orange Man Bad" narrative more better.

Commies doing commie things

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is celebrating British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s surrender of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, bolstering Beijing’s influence in the Indian Ocean at the expense of Western security. On May 27, 2025, China’s ambassador to Mauritius, Huang Shifang, hailed the agreement as a “massive achievement,” directly contradicting Starmer’s claim that Beijing opposed the transfer of the Chagos Archipelago to Mauritius.

Mauritius, aligned with China’s Belt and Road Initiative, will be paid billions of pounds by the British government for the privilege of taking the islands. This is in part to pay for a 99-year lease on the island of Diego Garcia, which hosts a major American military base alongside a small British contingent.

"RACISM? The WNBA is investigating Indiana fans cheering after Angel Reese missed her free throw as an act of ‘racism’. Suddenly it is a hate crime for cheering when a flopper gets poetic justice?
RACISM: Remember the WNBA declared it racist to call the treatment of Caitlin Clark racist?"
