Whatever “stunting” means to the target demographic…
I believe that is probably injecting vegetable oil into the muscles. I have zero idea why I ran across that info and saw some pretty gruesome before and after pictures. But it looks like what I saw.
I looked at those at a local dealership. It has BMW running gear in it (engine and transmission) I think it would have a BMW / Bosch alternator also.
