View threadThis was all over the gun forums last year. She was a USCCA member who was dropped from coverage after she killed her abusive ex husband during a custody exchange....while he was beating on her. She ended up with a public defender and the Judge said she could not claim self defenseThank God!
Who?
I think she may have cause to go after USCCA too .This was all over the gun forums last year. I have found it a frustrating search for an insurance policy that will protect our assets in the later civil suit filed against me by the family of the dindunuffin hoodrat which can come years after .Of course this assumes I will be exonerated of all and any charges of the shooting . I did get an "umbrella " policy ,I just hope its enough .Very happy to see this!!
That judge and prosecutor should both lose their jobs.
If not more.
Some guys I volunteer with were pushing USCCA.
This is one of the cases I used to encourage them to look at a different carrier.
Not affiliated in any way and US Law shield seems to be better.
Happy to learn if anyone has better info than me on them too

Is Chad still on the porch ?
I read three different articles about the murder, and even her kids didn't back her story that he was being aggressive or threatening the day she killed him. It appears the stories vary widely across the spectrum of sources.
my ex tried to murder me via false police report on christmas day. so count me as one who needs more than her word.
Look up any divorce proceeding and women will lie about EVERY AND ANY THING.my ex tried to murder me via false police report on christmas day. so count me as one who needs more than her word.
They often confuse lying and breathing.
Can’t wait to read this report:
Was going to ask, who else is there? But wasn’t USCCA the ones that helped that security guard or HOA defender that shot that black kid that was like 3x his size? Can’t remember the name but I think it was in FL in the Obama years. George Zimmerman. Wasn’t he represented by USCCA?Very happy to see this!!

Not sure but there was a lot of mixed info on the Alan Colie thing with uscca as well. He was the guy that shot the youtuber in a mall. I believe he was initially denied coverage as well but then after blowback uscca claimed they were helping him.Was going to ask, who else is there? So there is video….plot twist. The shitty surveillance video backs up her story - you can see her enter her vehicle, door closes, the husband (amateur MMA fighter) jerks it open, then falls back a second later. I don't know shit about their relationship, but her statements line up with her self-defense claim. The daughter's testimony changed at the trial, but what do you expect when you're asking an 11-year-old about something that happened when she was 7, and especially when she spent those last 4 years in the custody of the family of the deceased. If you're involved in a bitter divorce/custody dispute, it's probably wise to record all your interactions.
